Top 5 Business Apps on Android in Oceania, Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the Android platform in Oceania saw interesting trends in the performance of top business apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Microsoft Authenticator had a varied download trend, starting with around 16K and peaking at over 21K in mid-July before tapering off to around 13K by the end of September. Active users showed a steady climb from approximately 746K to over 825K throughout the quarter.

Microsoft Teams experienced an increase in downloads, beginning at 11K and peaking at over 19K in early August, before settling at around 10K by the end of the quarter. Active user numbers also rose steadily, reaching a peak of approximately 693K in early September.

Australia Post saw its downloads fluctuate, beginning at about 12K, peaking close to 16K in late August, and ending the quarter at 11K. Active user numbers showed resilience, with a peak of around 224K mid-quarter, though tapering slightly towards the end.

SEEK Jobs & Employment had downloads starting at 7K, climbing to over 10K in mid-August, and then dropping to 8K by the end of September. The app maintained a strong active user base, peaking at over 315K in early August.

Zoom Workplace reported consistent weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $5.3K in mid-July. Downloads increased from 5.8K to a peak of nearly 8.9K in late August, while active users rose to a high of about 69K in early September.
